Digital Product

Party Mode for Inappropriate is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. As the product is delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete.

Exceptions

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased features, where we are unable to resolve the problem
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Unauthorised transactions (please also contact your bank)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Include your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe) within 5-10 business days. The refund amount will be the full purchase price.
