You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. Inappropriate contains adult language, crude humour, and content that references topics including sexuality, disability, relationships, and other subjects that polite conversation tends to avoid. This content is not suitable for minors.

By accessing the game, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are choosing to engage with adult content. If you are under 18, you must leave immediately.

3. About the Content — Important Notice

Inappropriate is a satire and entertainment product for consenting adults. The game prompts are designed to provoke laughter, discomfort, and the kind of conversations you'll be embarrassed about in the morning. They are not an endorsement of discrimination, and they are not intended to target, demean, or harm any individual or group.

Inappropriate includes an optional Drinking Mode that adds drink-based penalties to gameplay. Participation in Drinking Mode is entirely voluntary. You can play with soft drinks, water, or no drinks at all — the game works either way.

If you choose to consume alcohol while playing:

• You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (18+ in the UK)
• You drink at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your choices
• Please drink responsibly and know your limits
• Do not drive after drinking
• Look after yourself and the people you're playing with

5. Service Description

Inappropriate is an online party word game in which players name slang words, euphemisms, and colloquial terms across various adult categories. The service is provided for entertainment purposes only. Some features require a paid upgrade (Party Pass).

6. Accounts and Authentication

You may create an account using our OAuth authentication service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Purchases and Payments

Party Pass is available as a one-time purchase at the listed price. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP, USD, and EUR. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel digital service purchases. However, by accessing the Party Pass features immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the digital content has been delivered and waive your right to cancel. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. User Content

Words submitted during gameplay may be stored to improve the game experience. By submitting words, you grant LoiCo Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use this content within the game. You must not submit content that is illegal, constitutes genuine hate speech targeting real individuals, or is designed to harass a specific person.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Inappropriate only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to harass, threaten, or target any individual; to promote or facilitate illegal activity; or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

10. Intellectual Property

All game content, design, branding, and code are owned by LoiCo Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoiCo Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Any offence caused by the game's content
• Any consequences of participating in Drinking Mode
• Any disputes, arguments, or relationship damage arising from gameplay
• Any technical issues, interruptions, or data loss

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoiCo Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.
